With self-care becoming more accepted as an important part of our personal wellness, magic mushroom retreats are emerging as a transformative way to increase self-love. Psilocybin ceremonies are gaining popularity, with those trying it citing an increased capacity to love oneself and others, as well as improved mental clarity and connection in their relationships.
Rob Grover and Gary Logan are the founders of The Journeymen Collective, the company creating luxury guided magic mushroom retreats in the mountains of British Columbia, Canada. They’ve hosted everyone from performers and athletes to entrepreneurs, CEOs, couples and groups invested in high level self-discovery and personal development.
How does it work?
The psilocybin journeys are carefully curated for solo, power partner (two people), or small groups of 3 to 4 and include 2 deeply intensive mushroom ceremonies with 2 days of restful integration. The Journeymen Collective also offer their international clientele 4 months of support with calls to prepare 2 months before and 2 months afterwards. The Journeymen Collective honor their guests’ highest potential by creating a safe space in a luxurious environment that leads to an ultra high quality experiential discovery process.
The retreat space, known as the Journey Education & Discovery Institute, is a posh 7,000 square foot estate set on 1 acre with 4 guest bedrooms and a saltwater pool. Travelers are cared for in an extraordinarily personalized experience by Rob & Gary that caters to mind, body, and soul. The duo have a combined 50+ years of education in spiritual and metaphysical training, including executive level mindset coaching, energetic healing modalities, Alexander Technique lessons, and decades of customer service.
