Best pizza spots in Vancouver

When it comes to pizza, it’s pretty much impossible to limit yourself to just one slice. If you’re going to have pizza, then you better go big or stay home. For those of you – like us – who have a serious love affair with this delicious dish and expect nothing less than a perfect crust, and the freshest ingredients, the joints on this list will leave you more than satisfied and over-indulged, the way you should ALWAYS feel after great pizza.
Via Tevere Pizzeria
A favourite amongst local east Vancouverites and easily one of the gems on Commercial Drive, Via Tevere fires up truly authentic Neopolitan pizzas! The backyard patio is also one of the best kept secrets in the city
Straight Outta Brooklyn
More like Straight Outta Heaven, this tiny pizza parlour delivers on its name: the pizza really does taste like something you’d find in Brooklyn.
Must try: The “White” cheese pie with mozzarella, smoked provolone, ricotta, grana, garlic, and oregano!
Pizza so F-R-E-S-H, it’s ridiculous. Bufala in Kerrisdale has the best sauce we’ve tasted yet. Perfect for the discerning pizza snob.
The Parlour
Aside from the vibe, The Parlour also deserves praise for their pizzas. Their most popular pizza, The Yaletown, is topped with albacore tuna, red onion, green onion, avocado, cilantro and dressed with spicy aioli!
At the top of pizza food chain/game, is Nicli. The most authentic, freshest, straight-out-of-Napoli pizza around. You will feel not only transported, you may start speaking in Italian.
