10 Outdoor Yoga

Namaste, all day! Yoga is part of Vancouver’s culture and it’s not rare to see yogis working on their flow outside during the summer months. The Mat Collective offers free yoga classes all summer long beginning June 1st. Classes are held outside at multiple locations, including Main Street & Kits Beach.

Put your body mind and spirit to the test with the ultimate fitness challenge. Stawamus Chief Trail is the most popular hike along the Sea to Sky Corridor on the way to Squamish. There are 3 summits for different levels of difficulty, so there’s something for everyone. The drive up on its own, makes for a good Sunday Funday.

1 Beach Volleyball at Concord Community Park

You may have jogged by on the seawall and noticed a new park in False Creek by Science World. Concord Pacific’s pop-up community park is a new waterfront park with sitting logs, picnic tables, ping pong tables, basketball court, ball hockey rink, an ampitheatre and a beach for beach volleyball. When you get hungry, there’s a Triple O’s next door at Science World.
