13 Potter’s House of Horrors

Surrey hosts a collection of haunted houses of all sizes and frights. There’s attractions for both kids and adults including rotting zombies, gothic villages, a slaughter house, a coffin ride, a haunted photobooth, a paintball massacre and more.

12 Fright Nights at the PNE

Put some fright into your night at the PNE’s Playland. This uber popular adult-themed Halloween attraction includes seven haunted houses, two live shows, over a dozen scary rides and monsters roaming the fairgrounds.


11 The Pumpkin Patch

Stroll the pumpkin patch like a kid again in search of your jack-o-lantern.

10 Stanley Park Ghost Train

Where| Stanley Park Train, Pipeline Road
When| October 8 – 31

The annual ghost train ride is back at Stanley Park with a “Day of the Dead” theme this year. Attractions include a mariachi band of cockroaches, tunnel of flames, a picnic graveyard, a spooky barn and creature encounters. The family event also includes a haunted maze, arts and crafts, a pumpkin patch and exhibits at the plaza.

Vancouver Halloween Parade & Expo

The 4th annual Vancouver Halloween Parade and Expo takes over the streets.


Fort Langley’s Grave Tales

Where| Fort Langley National Historic Site
When| October 14 – 16 and 19 – 30

Historic Fort Langley is hosting a 2-hour nighttime walking tour with eerie stories through the National Historic Site for guests 17 and older. There’s also an adults-only overnight package available.

Haunted Halloween Vancouver Trolley Tour

All aboard! Hop on a trolley bus tour and listen to some haunted stories of murder. Plus stop at a cemetery and the city’s original morgue. Presented by the Vancouver Trolley Company and the Vancouver Police Museum.

The Valley Haunt

A Halloween tradition in Vancouver which raises money for the BC Professional Firefighters’ Burn Fund. This year the theme is “CONTAINED” and features a haunting and entertaining Halloween graveyard setup and experience.


Halloween at FlyOver Canada

When| October 20 – 31

Flight over all of Canada during the popular eight-minute virtual ride. Before the main attraction takes you flying over a Halloween-themed Canada, a witchy-themed pre-show will get you into the spirit. Costumes are encouraged!

ITSAZOO’s Hidden

Groups of 13 with flashlights are led on a Lost Lovers Murder Tour which includes re-enactments of murders deep within the UBC forests. There’s history, murder-mystery, outdoor adventure, theatre and some scares!

1 Hospital of Horror at SmartyPantz

SmartyPantz and vrCAVE are bringing players a chillingly spooky Halloween virtual reality experience. After putting on their VR headset and backpack, players will be transported to the Hospital of Horror, where they will be able to explore the abandoned rooms, but they will quickly find that they’re not alone . . .
