The Ballet Lounge also holds special themed classes year such as a “Night Out at the Barre”, Baby & Me Ballet, a Date Night partner class, and our personal favourite: Beyonce, Ballet & Bubbles.

Tight Club doesn’t just challenge your body, it challenges your mind too. Their classes are super unique and incorporate a blend of interval training, body weight exercises, boxing and more. Tight Club focuses on a chill, community vibe in their classes and encourage open discussion about social change, all while getting your sweat on.

1 Equinox Vancouver

New York’s original luxury gym finally opened a location in Vancouver this past year and changed the fitness scene. The mega gym offers boxing, pilates, cycling, yoga and barre studios, as well as your usual strength and cardio sections. But what really sets Equinox apart are the finer things: Kiehl’s products in the locker room, a fireside lounge, eucalyptus towels, and a Body Energy Club Café for your post-workout smoothie.
